"Because College Doesn't Happen by Chance"

Tustin Dollars for Scholars (TDFS) encourages students to pursue their education beyond high school by making available four-year, college scholarships to graduating seniors in the Tustin Unified School District.

This tax-exempt nonprofit scholarship organization is 100% volunteer-operated.  Dedicated to expanding access to higher education, TDFS members and scholarship recipients seek out community support and involvement through a variety of activities, including selling hot dogs, brats and hamburgers throughout Tustin's summer series of 'Concerts in the Park', and sponsoring the annual Tustin Dollars for Scholars Kentucky Derby in May.
TDFS is proud to be one of 1,100 chapter affiliates of Scholarship America, a nationally recognized non-profit organization dedicated to mobilizing support for students getting into and graduating from college.
Quality education is the key to coping and competing in an increasingly complex world. Rising costs are closing doors to higher education. Through TDFS, everyone living within the Tustin Unified School District has the opportunity to make a strong, collective statement about the importance of education beyond high school.
